TRANSACTION ALERT
For over a quarter of a century since the discovery of oil in Nigeria, the Nigerian economy has heavily relied on oil export as the key driver of its economy. In the last 20 years, there has been a big push to drive the Nigerian economy to rely on non-oil export. To this end, the Nigerian Export and Import Bank (NEXIM) have been providing series of funding to drive the growth of non-oil export.
Our firm is pleased to announce that it served as Solicitors to the Greenwich Trustees Limited and Okay Alloy Nigeria Limited in the creation of circa N 1, 000,000,000 (One Billion Naira) all asset debenture between Okay Alloy Nigeria Limited and Greenwich Trustees Limited for the benefit of present and future lender.
With this trust deed, Okay Alloy would be able to access export grant from NEXIM and proceed to contribute its quota in driving the non-export sector of the Nigerian economy.
Our firm expressed its gratitude to Trivet Capital Limited and its Managing Director/CEO Mr Olumese Obouaye for inviting it to participate in the exercise. We also express our gratitude to Okay Alloy Nigeria Limited and Greenwich Trustees Limited for finding it worthy to participate in this exercise and we look forward to a long-lasting business and professional relationship with Trivet Capital, Greenwich Trustees Limited, and Okay Alloy Nigeria Limited.
